First I would like to say that the closet itself is a squeamish slice of equipment it's a shame that the calorie-free in mine blew out in less than 100 days and it'south supposed to be under warranty for a few more yrs except that's not the case No new calorie-free for me after I went thru there whole process to document the problem and was told pitiful if you lot ship information technology back to u.s.a. at your cost then we may be able to fix information technology No promises. I would seriously think twice well-nigh buying this product. Maybe you won't have the same feel I did but at to the lowest degree you know the real deal.

Okay start this homo emails me back insanely fast, I'm pretty sure I've never heard this man's voicemail. 2nd I had this homo jumping through hoops to modify my order multiple times and he was super cool about it. I was going out of town and he fabricated sure that my order would make it before I leave. Everytime I speak to him which is pretty frequent he gives me so much information, like a damn Encyclopedia on hydroponics. This guy is smart every bit hell. I highly highly recommend calling to place your order over the phone than online as the customer service is second to none and you become a lot more details and information than via computer. Can't say enough good things almost McMahon, highly recommend request for him likewise. At beginning I was skeptical, only McMahon Newton at Supercloset assured that I'd exist on my mode to growing top shelf. Every light was 2 years old and older versions of them. One light didn't work got terrible client service. Besides lights completely over priced and had to modify almost every aspect of this. They sell you a hydro ready that won't fifty-fifty fit in the biggest tent. Fifty-fifty with the SOG method. Learned a lot here made a $14,000 mistake. Exercise not get anything from this identify.

My Supercloset experience has been swell so far, I'yard readily expecting a delivery soon on my new Superstar Hydroponic Grow Box. William Newton was very attentive and able to assist me on purchase and guarantee a safe grow community I look forward to be apart of.
No Product. No Refund.
Wow. Where to start. The product never showed so I contacted Supercloset. They said they had no record of my order. Afterwards pushing and pushing information technology was discovered they had the order under the incorrect name. So so they said they finally volition ship it. More than months get past and no product. They argue that I received the order despite the tracking number clearly showing it never arrived at my address. They say they'll give a refund. Never happens. I'm forced to open a dispute with paypal. Now they all the same argue and say I received the product. Hither nosotros are six months from the original order and no product or refund. What more than tin I say?
Edit Update: I want to be clear that I am 100% an honest person. This is all fact and truthful. I accept definitely had a "genuine experience" with this company.

Purchase was polish and easy. Overall, high quality pattern and production. Associates IS REQUIRED; but was easy enough. By myself took about 3 hours (save your palms, clothing gloves with rubber). The germination kit worked great. Tent is of extremely high quality. LED calorie-free has proven adequate. The oxygenated DWPR system has given great results. When researching I saw some comments suggest it was overpriced, to that I'd say: 1) you go what yous pay for; two) the real benefit hither is the customer service (see below). Pocket-size issues: 1) Bubbleflow buckets did leak when received. I'm adequately certain it was a minor design flaw (intake was screwed in from the outside, but the seal was on the within, couldn't make it airtight). $two plumbers putty fixed the problem. Called customer service, was informed the ops team was actively working on addressing that 1. Tin can't speak to if they did, but due to the balance of my experience I'd have faith. 2) Very minor thing with the calorie-free; it's operational interface is routed through the Wi-Fi; but the chipset isn't set up to work on most modern Wi-Fi setups. Had to go a secondary router, dedicated to the light, and have to connect to that router to access the interface. It IS AN AWESOME LIGHT, and tin can be run easily on presets or be highly customized. Gripe hither is simply on the Wi-Fi setup, which almost lights don't provide in the offset place. 3) Not an issue, just a notation: Advertised, the 5x5 can fit 6 buckets; I started with 4, and the lite is PERFECT for that coverage. That said, I can definitely run into that 6 may accept been a stretch in terms of pure penetration and intensity. Once more, I want to be clear here – the 1000XL definitely covers the tent; and works perfect for four plants. As with ANY 5x5 setup, if yous're going 6+ plants, you may desire a smaller one on the side. In terms of effectiveness, light gets a 5 out of five.
